برغم توسعه فناوری و حضور چشمگیر آن در صنعت پزشکی، همچنان مسئله تشخیص با سرعت و دقت بالا از چالش های بسیار مهم این حوزه محسوب می شود. این مهم در حوزه آزمایشگاه تشخیص پزشکی پررنگ تر به نظر می رسد بویژه آنکه حدود ۷۰ درصد تصمیمات تشخیصی پزشکان مبتنی بر یافته های آزمایشگاهی است. از این رو و با علم به اهمیت دقت و سرعت در ارزیابی نمونه ها، طراحی و ساخت ربات اسکنر ارتا در دستور کار نیماد قرار گرفته است. ارتا ضمن اتصال به میکروسکوپی امکان تهیه تصویر دیجیتال از نمونه ها را فراهم می کند و به همکاران آزمایشگاهی در غربالگری و ارزیابی نمونه ها، مشاوره خواهد داد.
۱– مشخصات فنی و ویژگی‌های کاربردی:
۱-۱- اسکنر ارتا که به منظور خودکار نمودن استفاده از میکروسکوپ طراحی و ساخته شده است، قابلیت اتصال به انواع میکروسکوپ‌ها (عمدتا میکروسکوپ‌های المپیوس و مدل‌های برآمده یا نزدیک به آن- Olympus CX18) را داراست.
۲-۱- کارشناسان آزمایشگاه، متخصصین آسیب‌شناسی، متخصصین علوم پایه پزشکی از جمله خون‌شناسان، انگل‌شناسان، قارچ‌شناسان و … و همچنین متخصصین در حوزه‌های دیگر که با میکروسکوپ کار می‌کنند، می‌توانند از این محصول استفاده نمایند. همچنین این محصول در صنایع غیرپزشکی از قبیل گیاهپزشکی و دامپزشکی قابل استفاده است.

۳– شرایط استفاده و حمل‌ونقل:
۱-۳- ثبت سفارش در همه ایام هفته (شنبه تا جمعه) امکانپذیر است. نیماد پس از بررسی سفارش، پیش‌فاکتور را از طریق ایمیل برای شما ارسال می‌کند. ارسال پیش‌فاکتور به منزله قبول سفارش شماست.
۲-۳- کاربران باید همزمان با ثبت سفارش، فرم سفارش را با اطلاعات صحیح تکمیل کنند. نیماد می‌تواند جهت حصول اطمینان از صحت و قطعیت سفارش، قبل یا بعد از قبول سفارش اطلاعات و مدارک تکمیلی و بیشتری را حسب صلاحدید خود درخواست نماید. نیماد حق لغوکردن هر سفارش را به دلیل ارائه اطلاعات یا مدارک ناقص (از جمله، بدون قید محدودیت، عدم تعیین نشانی دقیق و/یا انتخاب محل تحویل در اماکن عمومی)، برای خود محفوظ نگه می‌دارد.
۳-۳- حسب نشانی و مقصدی که کاربر انتخاب کرده است، اسکنر ارتا ظرف نهایتا ۳ تا ۵ روز کاری از تاریخ ثبت قطعی سفارش در سایت و ارسال پیش‌فاکتور برای کاربر، تحویل می‌گردد.
۴-۳- در صورت بروز تاخیر در پردازش یا تحویل سفارش شما، این موضوع را از طریق تماس تلفنی به شما اطلاع خواهیم داد.

۵– شرایط و هزینه حمل و نقل:

۶– شرایط انصراف و استرداد:
۱-۶- کاربر می‌تواند حداکثر تا سی روز از تاریخ تحویل اسکنر ارتا و مشروط به عدم ضرب‌دیدگی یا شکستگی، نسبت به انصراف از خرید و استرداد اسکنر اقدام نماید. در این صورت کاربر می‌تواند صرفا از راه‌های ارتباطی مندرج در اینجا انصراف خود را اعلام نماید.
۲-۶- در صورت انصراف کاربر طبق شرایط فوق، ضمن هماهنگی با کاربر و به صورت رایگان، شرایط استرداد را فراهم خواهیم کرد.
۳-۶- چنانچه کاربر، متقاضی تعویض باشد صرفا در صورت تایید کارشناسان نیماد تعویض میسر خواهد بود.

- The users need to complete the order form with the appropriate information when registering. In case of necessity, Nimaad can ask for more information or documents before or after registering the order to make sure about the accuracy and order confirmation. Nimaad is authorized to cancel any order due to the lack of information or incomplete document (such as detailed address or delivering the product in public places).
- Due to the mentioned address by the user, the Arta scanner can be delivered after 3-5 working days from the date of registering the order and sending the proforma invoice to the user.
- In case of any delay in the processing and delivery of the product, the company will inform the user by phone call.

- The conditions of disclamation or restoration:
- The user can apply for cancellation or restoration of the scanner utmost to 30 days from the date of Arta scanner delivery and it is only possible in case of no flaws or fractures be seen on the appliance. In this case, the user can announce their disclamation by the mentioned communication options.
- In case of the disclamation by the user due to the above-mentioned condition, Nimaad will coordinate with the user and apply for the disclamation conditions for free.
- If the user asks for a replacement, it only takes place after the confirmation of the Nimaad company.
